Eligibility
Solo founders may apply. Incorporation is preferred but may not be mandatory for an exceptional founder and opportunity.
Process
The €7,000 commitment does not secure selection. RaDelta must first approve the founder, opportunity and validation build.
Share the problem, target customer, validation evidence and pitch deck. No agreement or payment is required at this stage.
We assess the founder, customer problem, commercial potential and program fit.
We discuss the validation objective and confirm whether a meaningful build fits within 500 hours.
Selected startups sign the mutual NDA and development agreement. The scope is documented in the Build Charter before development begins.
Why RaDelta
Many promising ideas never reach the market because founders cannot fund the first working product. RaDelta invests at this stage to build relationships with strong founders early.
If a selected startup succeeds, RaDelta may explore a future investment and Helios Solutions may have an opportunity to support later development. The founder has no obligation to accept either.
The build is delivered by experienced Helios Solutions product teams using RaDelta's secure AI-assisted development environment. Engineers remain responsible for architecture, code review, security, testing and documentation. Confidential startup information is not used to train external AI models.
